How it works:
The mask contains GUAM Algae and Black Tourmaline mineral that absorbs body heat and re-emitted Far infrared rays (FIR). How a FIR shower body mask works on cellulite

Wet your skin
Wet your body with warm water in the shower.

Massage 3 minutes
Apply a good amount to stomach, arms, legs and buttocks and massage for 3 minutes or more.

Rinse
Rinse well with warm water. Skip foaming cleansers afterwards.
Good to know: the heat is intense. If it feels too strong, or the mud touches intimate areas, rinse at once with plenty of cold water to stop the warmth. Only on intact skin, never on the face or hair, and not with fragile capillaries. Stir or shake the jar before use: it is filled by weight, so it is never full to the lid.
