Refund policy
30-day Return Policy (US only).
You may return the product 30 days from the date that the product was originally delivered for a full refund (minus shipping charges) according to the following terms. To obtain a refund, your return must be approved and postmarked 30 days from the date that the product was originally delivered to you. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Some of the products (Leggings and shorts) have a modified return policy noted below at the bottom of the Policy terms.
The following terms apply for all returned items:
- To return a product for an exchange or full refund simply email us at support@guambeauty.com and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details for shipping as well as the return address.
- Product exchange applies to the same SQU in case of the product arrived damaged. Photos of the damage will be requested.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
- We process or refund packages purchased in the US only.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
- Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
- To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
- After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 30 business days or sooner for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
OTHER RETURN TERMS
1. Leggings and Shorts:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.
Exchange terms apply to leggings and Shorts in case of damaged packaging upon delivery and could be exchanged for the same product (same size, same SQU).
2. Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
3. Changes in order
If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
