How to do an infrared seaweed wrap at home
Five steps, about 50 minutes, and no salon needed.
1Mix
Stir the jar well. Natural clay and seaweed settle, and stirring brings back a thick, even texture.
2Apply
Stand on an old towel and spread an even layer over thighs, hips and buttocks with light strokes.
3Wrap
Cover with ordinary kitchen plastic wrap. It holds the mud and your body heat in place.
4Relax 45 minutes
Put your feet up. A gentle warmth builds, and light tingling or pink skin is normal.
5Rinse and finish
Rinse with warm water, then smooth on the Hot Infrared 24hr Gel or your usual lotion.

How the infrared seaweed mud wrap works
Italian women have used GUAM seaweed body wraps since 1986. The Original FIR Seaweed Mud is the one most of them start with: a 21% Atlantic seaweed concentrate, mineral-rich clay, plant extracts and essential oils, plus finely ground Black Tourmaline for warmth.

How warm will it feel?

That is on purpose. The jar is filled by weight, not volume, and the extra space lets you stir the mud before each wrap.
